The majestic St. Johns River flows through the heart of Putnam County,
also known as the "Bass Capital of the World". Of course, boating, sailing
and water skiing are an exciting part of family recreation in this area,

city, Marineland, Daytona Speedway, Jai Alai, Greyhound Track, Silver Springs,
Florida State Museum of Natural History, and the Atlantic Coast beaches
are only thirty minutes away.
Within a two hour drive one can visit Walt Disney World, Sea World,
Universal Studios, Kennedy Space Center, Cypress Gardens, Weeki Wachee
Springs, Homosassa Springs and historic Cedar Key, a quaint fishing village
on the gulf coast.
Investing in real estate in the Sunshine State of Florida is a very
