Biscayne Landing is a joint project of successful developers Boca Developers and Swerdlow Group.  The project will be located just off Biscayne Boulevard at NE 151st Street, near Florida International University's Biscayne Bay Campus and the Oleta River State Recreation Area.  The project boasts nearly 200 acres for development plus another 230 acres of nature preserve adjoining the property to the East.

The first phase of development is named Royal Oaks and will feature three 25-story highrise residences.  Immediately South of the towers will be 4-story covered parking garages with amenities centers on top including pool and fitness center.
